    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Bakazan, Keller Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/XEC.2ACE/1649 Message Board Post: This article, I believe, was in the Adams Times in 1938. At least this is the best information I had. I am looking for anyone knowing of the brother and 2 sisters mentioned in article. Mrs. Bakazan Killed in Highway Accident A highway accident which ended with a family containing a group of children being bereft of a mother happened just south of the A-F high school on Highway 13 shortly after seven o'clock Monday evening. The accident happened so quickly and so many conflicting stories are told as to how it happened that a coronor's inquest will be called the first of next week to determine the blame. It is alleged that Mrs. Bakazan was attempting to hurry across the highway leading her small grandson by her right hand. Lee Dye who drove the car which apparntly struck her was unable to see the woman until she ran right ahead of his car. In the impact she was thrown to the pavement and died almost instantly from a blow on the forehead. The grandson who was on the side away from the car was not hurt. The crossing is a bad one along there. To a driver it looks like a country road but those who live on the west side of the road all have to cross the road before they can get to a side walk. So there is much danger of accidents. Several near accidents have been reported and one woman was killed there a few years ago. Elizabeth (Keller) Bakazan was bown in Hungrary on May 1, 1887. She is survived by seven children, Mrs. Teresa Vogt, Anthohny, Nicholas, Elizabeth, John, Edeard and Pauline besides her husband, one brother and two sisters. Funeral services wil be held Friday morning, Sept. 30. End Again, any info of her brother or 2 sisters would be enormously appreciated. Thankyou Bob
