They had 15 known children. Some migrated to MN (Clarence and Jacob C) , and Chicago (Ella Shipman and Carrie Ament), but others stayed in Adams Co, WI (Emma Thorne, William, Marietta McCaustland). I am a Haskins researcher not a descendant of this line. My interest in this family was because I believe they descend from William Peter Wintersteen and Lydia Haskins Stevens (buried in Montville, Geauga Co, OH). Lydia was the d/o Moses Stevens and Miriam/Mariam Stevens. Miriam was d/o Lydia Haskins and Elihu Stevens. I would be happy to share any of my research with Wintersteen descendants.
