I continue to search for any new information on Lyndon Lanphear and wife Charolette Garthwait Lanphear. Charolette was the daughter of Daniel Garthwait and Esther Jeffers. They moved to Adams Co from NY (Cayuga County) via Dane county in 1850-55. I am descended from Henry D. Lanphear one of the sons. Lyndon was born 1816 in VT and died 1875 in Adams County.
