Article Text: Eau Claire, Wis., Dec. 15.--Yesterday a Pole named KABLASKI boarded an Omaha freight train at Fairchild, and a few miles further on his body was found on the track, the head severed and some distance from the body. KABLASKI had been on a protracted spree.
