Mrs Thompson was confined on teh 9th after which she did not leave her bed until death. 2 days after the death of its mother the baby died. Mrs Thompson was born in French Creek Valley in July 1870. She was 30 years, 2 months and one day old. The mother and baby were buried in the same coffin in Lincoln cemetery. Services occurred Sunday evening at the M E church. Reverends Snyder and Orke officiated.
