Lewis Larsona nd billy Armstrong were home from the Marengo camp over Labor day. Miss Patricia Fitzgerald of Minneapolis who has been visiting her grand parents,Mr and Mrs Echus Davis has returned home accompanied by Mrs Davis and Miss Irene McCarty who will attend the Minnesota state fair. Misses Beatrice Gatten and Loretta Fremont are attending Superior State Teachers college. Mr and Mrs Kenneth Pounty,Minneapolis spent last week end and holiday with the latter's parents,Mr and Mrs H Goodell. Miss Florence Gould was employed at the Log Cabin last weekend. Guests of Mr and Mrs Elmer Horner last week were Mr and Mrs Alvin Paomer and three children of West Palm Beach Florai, Allen Palmer of Wilton and Mrs John Smith of Westfield. Mr and Mrs Al Brothers and children,Mary,Billy and Jackie of Superior visited friends here last Sunday and Monday. Miss Fern Anderson who attends school in Superior accomapnied them and visited her parents,Mr and Mrs Martin Anderson. Miss Florence Bartosch has returned home from the Gransburg hospital where she underwent an appendicitis operation. Guy Pardun has purchased the William Frank home and will take possession this week. Mr Frank is constructing a smaller house onhis lots across the street from his former home where he will reside. Mr and Mrs Lloyd Kurschner and son of Eau Claire,visited at the home of Mr and Mrs J F Gould last week end.
