Mrs A P Melstrand spent last weekend at Cable,Miss Mabel Melstrand left for her home in Milwaukee after spending two weeks with her mother. Miss Ann Sopena ,Sanborn is attending the Benoit school. George Melstrand has left for St Paul for a few days visit. John Hecimovich has left for Milwaukee where he will be employed. Mr and Mrs Arnold Olson and children spent last weekend at Ashland. Edward Radosevich has left for Ashland to resume his studies at the Ashland high school. Mrs A P Melstrand entertained at dinner last Friday evening in honor of Otto Melstrand of Los Angeles. Guests were Mrs Mathilda Melstrand, Misses Mable and Charleotte Melstrand and Mr and Mrs Arthur Melstrand. Mr and Mrs Steve Hecimovich have returned to Ashland after spending a few days here with relatives. Miss Mary Jovonich has returned to Milwaukee after a months visit here. Miss Lucy Dymesich,Steve and George Dymesich and Tony Sanders have left for Milwaukee after spending several days at their homes here. Otto Melstrand has left for Batavia Illinois to spend a few weeks . From there he will leave for his home in Los Angeles. Mr and Mrs Turen Shelin and son of Buffal;o N Y are visiting Mrs Shelin's mother,Mrs Freda Richardson. Henry Zebren,Milwakee is spending a week here with friends. Thomas McClarnon of Camp Nelson is visiting at his home here. Tom Toman who has been confined to St Joseph's hospital in Ashland with a broken leg has returned home. John Toman and John Sculan have left for Milwaukee. M
