Mrs Frank Wade visited relatives at St Croix Falls last weekend. Mr and Mrs Alfred Hagen and son of Lake Mills,Iowa were recent guests at the C A Randall home. Miss Jean Towers who is attending a dress designing school in Minneapolis spent last weekend with her parents, Mr and Mrs John Towers. Mr and Mrs Roy Olson announce the birth of a daughter, Joan Caroline August 31 at the Osceola hospital. Misses Ruth and Mae Freeman have returned to LaCrosse adn Racine to resume their positions as teachers. Miss Mae Davidson is employed at the Dahlstrom home. Miss Ruth Vold has returned to Dresser Junction where she will teach this year. Miss Edna Towers who is employed in Amery spent the holiday week end with her parents here. Robert Knowles has returned to his home in River Falls after spending his vacation at the Rosenbeg cottage on Balsam Lake.
