Forty Superior barbers received instructions from Mr Russell during the semester. Chairman Ben H Hoffman introduced Mayor Bryn Ostby who talked briefly on the Vocational program and presented Mr Russell with a token of appreciation for his work as barber instructor. In response Mr Russell thanked the barbers fo rtheir cooperation and congraulated them on their work in the city. Frank Jewson and Rudolph Hanson of the Vocational school likewise congratulated the barbers on the progress made during the year and express the hope next year's attendance will warrant a special room for practice work. Refreshments were served following the business meeting.
