Does anyone have information on Doctor Ruffin and his wife, Lougenia Mary Williams. The only information I have on him is his birthdate. I have two Williams lines and wonder if they might connect. I have in my possession a picture of my Lundsford/Williams family and I am sure my grandmother's (Sarah Ellen Whittington Clay Leach) brother, John Russel Whittington (b 6/1878, d 9/22/1952) is in this group picture.
