This happend on sat Nov 7 1931.The said 4 persons was arrested 0n Nov 11th 1931 on the suspision of the murder.on Nov 17 Gede(?)Whittington was released.on nov 21st 1931 Henery Whittington was released.On Dec 14th 1931 Connie Oleny(?)was given a sommons and released from the county jail to appear against Howie/Harvie(?) Whittington charged with murder in the 1st degr. In Dec sometime Ha/Ho Whittington broke jail.Still in Dec he was cought and brought back in front of a judge where he got his sentance which was Natural life in the state pen.After a spell in the county in was taken to McAlis...(?)Pen ,but on 8th day of Jan 1932 he died of T.B. this was curtiosy of my aunt is gon now all i have is this bad copy of this hand written court doc. you said that you like talking about this family i have some more.by the way my name is curt and these whittington in Question here are my uncles if there g,gg,ggg i am not sure yet.please email [email protected]
