Tom, Enjoyed very much our brief visit last week. Just a note about Caesar Hebert and Lula May Hebert.... Leathey Ann Rutledge married Black, Seybold, Swearingen, and Ceasar Hebert...in that order. Each of her husbands died and she then married the next one. Only Hebert outlived her. Leathey Ann and _?_ Seybold had a daughter named Selma Seybold. Later, Leathey Ann and Caesar Hebert had a daughter named Lula May Hebert. My grandfather, Dalton Earnest Whittington first married Selma Seybold. When Selma died about 1900, Dalton then married Selma's half-sister, Lula May Hebert. So Lula May was, in fact, the daughter of Caesar Hebert. Sorry, but the first name of the son Dr. William C. Seybold and his wife Wilhelmina momentarily eludes me. I'm doing this from memory. Considering how many thousands of names and family stories that have come to you and your files, I'm amazed that you can recall as much as you do. Keep looking up..... RWhittington ......snip....
