Tom, I personally prefer the Whittington to show - in the header. I have only one email account I can configure to "filter" that way - and I tend to delete anything that does not have a clear subject line.(and most people don't use the subject line to it's best advantage!) I have this problem with lists in Lincoln and Lawrence Counties in Mississippi - I delete most without realizing it might be something I want to see! So, if you take a vote - count me FOR using the switch to add Whittington in the header! Hi Beverly, In most email clients you can also "filter" the FROM: or TO: lines also. You might want to consider "filtering" everything that arrives addressed TO: [email protected] and moving it to a folder of your choice. That way all your mail from that list would be segregated without have to look at [WHITTINGTON-L] in every email you get from that list.
