Hello To All, I am looking for any information relating to the family of George & Caroline (nee KING) Whittington, who were resident at Thanet Place , which I think is/was in Croyden at the time of the 1881 Census. The Census Place was St. Clements Danes, London Middlesex. Both were born in Bristol, George 1835, Caroline 1836,George's father was John, & Caroline's father was William. Both George & his father John were Hatters, whilst William King was a Plasterer. George & Caroline had seven children, their eldest son George Henry Thomas, born 8 Aug 1856,is my grandfather, he married Rose Varney in 1885 and moved to Brighton where my father, Eric George Varney Whittington was born 3rd May 1897. Rose died in 1899 and my Grandfather came to West Australia in 1901. I am in the process of starting my family tree, and I am the grandaughter of Cecil & Susie (Rarrick) Whittington. I am looking for relatives, and or dates so I can trace my linnage. Any information would be of great help, as I am new to this. Thanks in advance.
This happend on sat Nov 7 1931.The said 4 persons was arrested 0n Nov 11th 1931 on the suspision of the murder.on Nov 17 Gede(?)Whittington was released.on nov 21st 1931 Henery Whittington was released.On Dec 14th 1931 Connie Oleny(?)was given a sommons and released from the county jail to appear against Howie/Harvie(?) Whittington charged with murder in the 1st degr. In Dec sometime Ha/Ho Whittington broke jail.Still in Dec he was cought and brought back in front of a judge where he got his sentance which was Natural life in the state pen.After a spell in the county in was taken to McAlis...(?)Pen ,but on 8th day of Jan 1932 he died of T.B. this was curtiosy of my aunt is gon now all i have is this bad copy of this hand written court doc. you said that you like talking about this family i have some more.by the way my name is curt and these whittington in Question here are my uncles if there g,gg,ggg i am not sure yet.please email [email protected]

I am trying to locate a former schoolmate of mine, Laura Jo Whittington. Her family moved to Virginia Beach VA in 1984. She would be approximately 31 now (born 1969 or 1970). She had an older brother who I believe may be named Peter (memory fades). He father was in the military (which branch, I am not sure, though I believe Navy) and they moved there when he was transferred from San Diego CA. Any assistance in locating her would be appreciated!
