I may have a clue to the name Achsah. My husband's grandmother, Janet Williams, had relatives named Idris and Axa Williams. Idris, I believe, was born in Wales. The name Axa could certainly be a phonic representation of the name Achsah. In addition, on the Yorkshire side of his family, the name Dak is spelled Dach in England and is considered to be a very old Yorkshire surname.
