I would really like to make contact with any descendants of John Brundage Whitney (1827 - ?) and Martha Ann Bailey (1829 - ?). According to Phoenix, they live in Charlestown, Massachusetts in 1874. They had a son Frederick B. Whitney (1850 - ?) who married Mary I. Unknown (1852 - ?) and had a daughter Alice I. Whitney, a clerk who lived in Boston, Massachusetts. John and Martha also had a daughter Henrietta Olive Whitney (1855- ?) who married George H. Barker (1850- ?) of Boston, Massachusetts. At one point, the family was in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This family is an important link with the Henry Whitney descendants who went to Canada after the Revolution and I would really like to be in touch with them to share a portion of our family history.
