James, Your posting came through blank, like mine had. Since you have hotmail & its pretty much the same as msn email, I hope you have the same screens that I do. Pull up a new email to write, go under Tools and select Rich Text editor...it should say OFF..by clicking it, it turns it on and changes your email to this Rich Text program, instead of auto-defaulting to html.
