Ruby, Whatcom Co., WA (historical) Ruby, Pend Oreille Co., WA Ruby, Okanogan Co., WA Hope these are of some help. Maybe someone can help with the other three. There is a West Branch in Iowa. The WA for Washington was probably the last two letters of Iowa.
