My father was born Jan 2nd, 1920 and was included on the Census, illegally, when the enumerator came 'round a few weeks later. It makes one wonder, did the fellow misunderstand? Ask the wrong person? Cheat? A few extra heads might win your state another seat in the House. I find it more than a little suspicious that the government staged the Palmer raids that very day, primarily in the opposition's states. Now if Isaac Asimov, the science fiction author who claimed the same birthdate, also appears on that Census, it would be highly suspicious. He didn't leave Russia until 1923.
