Dear cousins, The Holidays is a great time to gather stories from relatives. Names and dates are the skeleton but stories put personality on our ancestors. Video is best , audiotape OK at least hear them and write them down. My Dad was healthy as a horse, when I got an hour of video w/ stories and him playing Battleship with his great grandson. A few months later, the night after Christmas 1993 he dropped dead. If he had heart medicine he'd be alive to meet my daughter. If you're aware of someone having dizzy spells get it checked out for arrythmias ( heartrate problems.) Don't just do extra exercises. He did have 84 great years and was always positive and upbeat.
