Barbara, Thanks for the info. I do not know if there is any connection to a Daniel. The only Whitneys I have been able to trace to my line are all from New York. There is one or two from Connecticut, and many years earlier in Mass. , but all the originals of years ago seem to have stayed in NY. thanks for your top on the Whitneygen data base.
