It looks to me like this did get to the group, but just in case it didn't, I'm forwarding it along as she requested. To add a bit...she flatters my work thus far. School has kept me a bit over my head for the past month, but I'm done by the 2nd week of May, and counting the days. I have gotten a list of all the current hotels and their approximate rates, at least right now. In May, I will call each of them to determine what they require to offer us conference space in terms of numbers, when reservations need to be received, etc. and will post this information on the myfamily site. Also, I will then be able to give y'all a better sense of what each hotel offers and what it is need in terms of transportation, etc. Both Carolyn and I are always open to suggestions and it would be nice to start to hear from folks, even if they don't like the plans so far. It's early enough that nothing is carved in stone, so this is the time for people to really think this through. At some point, Carolyn and I will need firm decisions to do adequate planning. I'll be in Houston the first week of May and then I have a life again for a few months, so look forward to talking to you all more then. Happy Easter, Passover, Spring and any other celebrations upcoming! Lyn Legere Chris Branagan wrote: > Greetings to all!
