Dear WRG's.. Can anyone identify[with some certainty] the Abner Whitney listed in the 1790 Census in Claremont, Cheshire Co. NH? He had listed 3 males 16 and older, including himself; 3 males 16 and under; and 3 females of any age. I am trying to learn the whereabouts of Abner(Abner, John, Isaiah, Thomas, John) from the time of discharge ca 1881 to the time he purchased land in NC in 1798 and married there in 1800.
