I definately agree with what Carolyn Whitney Branagan has written. She makes her points very carefully and very well. And there really is no way that we, in the 21st century, surrounded by modern technology, creature comforts unthought of in the 16th and 17th centuries, can know their minds, their motives, or their emotions.
