    3. I have the great color crest that is in the Melville book. I bought an old copy and have never tried to scan out of it yet because of the binding. Hi Shawn and Bruce, You can get a copy of a colored crest for the Whitney name at this website: http://www.designsofwonder.com/gallery/arms357.html Designs of Wonder is a website that now offers 8420 crests that can be downloaded for free personal use. You should read their copyright notice before downloading however...
