Dear WRG: Searching the web today, I found myself in Rootsweb's Worcester County section. I found this page that might be of interest. I didn't have time to search this site completely, but it appears to be the extract of at least part of "History of Worcester County, Mass. by D. Hamilton Hurd, 1889. Should have some Whitneys in it.
