WRG, Just wanted everyone to know that I made contact with some Whitney cousins thanks to the Whitney web page. I've been looking for the ancestors of Charles Whitney (b 1823 MA, d 1902 Langford, Erie Co, NY) for several years now. I haven't been able to connect him to any established lines. I had info on him, his children, and one set of grandchildren. Now, a g-g-g granddaughter of his found one of my early queries and contacted me. We just confirmed our connection is legit.
