On the presentation page is written, "Robert Vance DICKINSON, Osseo, Michigan, Route 2. Presented to DAD from Virginia, Wayne, Larry, Terry, Gloria, Faith, Sept. 24, 1945." The name Ralph SMITH with phone number 796-9045 is on the bottom of the presentation page. The family register page gives Robert's birth date as Sept. 24, 1896, son of Alva R. DICKINSON and Lycinda M. DICKINSON, wife Hazel Blanch DICKINSON, February 27, 1899, daughter of Fred W. and Josephine D. WHITNEY. The births are Virginia Mable DICKINSON, b. 1919, Robert, b. 1923. Also named are the McCOMB family, marriages and deaths. It is not an expensive Bible, but has bookmarks, clippings, etc. between the pages. It was purchased at a flea market in Florida, and brought to Maine. I will gladly send the Bible to someone proving relationship to any of the above-named.
