Thanks for the clarification, A.W. YES, I'd love to have your Henry Whitney families. I've been working many long hours with Phoenix's 3 Volumes. It will take me ~years~ to get everything entered. So, I'll take all the help I can get. I'm humbled by the amount of labor Phoenix put into his books, and for a man who was so young. His work is truly admirable and astonishing. I know from what I've read in his biography that he had some wealth and I would assume he acquired a staff of workers to assist him. He corresponded with thousands of families and received responses from them. Many, many of Henry's desc. moved to Ohio and then sometimes on to Michigan. Surprising to me that more of the Whitney Families in MI in 1850 are Henry descendants than John's, but that seems to be the case.
