WRG: I apologize for the typo. I try to proof everything before sending. This one got thru. Thomas was married in 1827, not 1727. Larry Tracy has a friend in Raymond, ME who is a descendant of Thomas Whitney of Raymond. He is checking Thomas' headstone. If it gives a birth date, the mystery is a long way to being solved.
