I am still trying to determine the date and place of the wedding of Tabitha Whitney and Charles Markle (MAERCKEL). I have new information that the year was 1783. Tabitha was born on January 13, 1760 in Weston, Middlesex, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Abraham Whitney and Tabitha Allen Whitney. Tabitha Markle died on June 14, 1818 in Liberty, Bedford County, Virginia. Can anyone help me? Marjorie Newton newtm@pacbell.net
