Hi Everyone, My "Last Call" for input on the possibility of a reunion certainly generated a lot of discussion. I am pleased to see so many members interested in a gathering of this kind. The purpose of the Reunion will be to allow members of the WRG to know one another better and to allow for sharing of scholarly research on the Whitney family. The decision to have a reunion has not been made. Neither has a decision been made on location nor time of year. If you haven't made your feelings known , please do so via the roots web site or Jeanne Muse' MyFamily.com site. The polls are located at her site, but I am keeping track of the responses here on the roots web site as well, so both will count. But only one vote per member! Jeanne is out of town this week. When she gets back, I intend to contact her and ask her advice as to how to proceed from here. I have some ideas of my own to share with her. Thank you to those who have volunteered to be on the Organizing Committee. I will get back to you after I speak with Jeanne.
