Hi Marna, As far as I know, none of Edward I White's family were in Illinois. His dad was John Walker White, b. Massachusetts, and before him, Phineas White. John migrated to Wisc., the only one of that family to do so, and Edward lived on the homestead in Wisc. till 1894, then on to Iowa.
