Hey Winnie I'm not sure on the dates the three brothers came over from Ireland; G.J. White and brothers. From everything I've seen in research so far, indian territory is referring to the location after the Trail of Tears which was Oklahoma. The trail of tears took place in 1837 and 1838. George Washington White was born in 1860. I've been told in the state of Alabama. I haven't seen this for sure myself. I do know that he lived a long while in New Braunsfal Texas (not sure if I spelled that right). I'm also fairly sure that marriages on Indian Territory were not recorded until around 1860. At least officially I don't think it was. So I'm not sure how to even find anything on the marriage of G.J. White and the Indian Girl. If anyone has information about recording of marriages on Indian Territory before that time please let me know. Thanks for taking time to help me through all of this.
