Could me eliminate Isaac Whites by listing those that we have information on? Isaac White, married to Polly Ann, died in Dumas, Tippah Co, Ms on Dec 29,1875. Children: I.N. White; Dolly White and Dora White. (Because my line of Loudoun Co, Va Whites settled and died in Tippah Co, I figured he was connected somewhere.) Isaac White b Mar 26, 1826 in Hawkins Co, Tn to Wm M White and Mary Agnes Adams who mar abt 1818 in Greene Co, Tn...Isaac mar Mary Beal and had Martha, Wm, Geo Henry and Sarah E. He would not be old enough to die in the Alamo in1836. Isaac White b abt 1846 in Ga, could not have been in Alamo. He was a son of Hiram White and Elvira Sarah Sallie Mullins who mar Mar 23, 1842 in Monroe Co, Tn. Other chil: Sarah, Cassey, Lawsy, Catherine, Morgan, Eadon, William, and Jonathan and Barlemallen. Hiriam was a son of Wm H White and Marg Jane Keys connecting on to the Loudoun Co Whites. Isaac B White b Feb 10, 1819 Greene/Jefferson Co, Tn mar Catherine Williams on Dec 23, 1841. Could not have been in Alamo in 1836. Isaac M White was a son of Matthew L White b bet 1800-1810 in Va, mar Rhoda Stagdon prob in Montgomery Co, Mo. Had chil: Nancy, William, Thomas S, James H, Isaac M, John R, Mary J, and Samuel M White, plus Margaret A, Martha L, and Rebecca b aft 1829. This does not seem likely candidate for the Isaac in Alama 1836. An Isaac White mar Jane Shannon on Mar 12, 1818. No other details known on him. Could have been in Alamo 1836. Another Isaac White who mar Sarah, had Terry, Wm, Stephan, Richard, and Mary, Susannah, and Anna. He is listed as dying about 1819. Not a candidate for Alamo Isaac White.
