How To Copy & Paste Move your cursor over to the beginning of the text you want to copy, hold down on the left clicker of your mouse and drag the cursor over and down the text to highlight it. After you have highlighted the portion of the text you want to copy. On your keyboard press and hold Ctrl then press c and release both keys to copy the text to the clipboard in your computer. Open the page you want to copy the text to, left click once till your cursor is flashing on the location where you want the beginning of the text to appear. On your keyboard press and hold Ctrl then v and release both keys, to paste the text from the clipboard to your page. If you hold these keys too long, you might paste the copy more than once. You can also hold and highlight and then right click with your mouse and choose copy. Then open your e-mail and put the cursor in the body of the e-mail and right click and press copy.
