On the genealogy-dna list they discuss the different companies and what they do; I don't know about the prices, though they do compare teh relative value of different tests and numbers of markers on the list. You can always get the prices from the company. There is also a book that I just ordered, don't know how good or up to date it is, that compares the companies. It'll come up under genetics dna at Amazon or BN.
