I'm looking for "a" Silas WHITE b. June 1856 IN, according to census records found for 1900, he was living in Pottawttamie County IA, Kane Twp., 3WD Council Bluffs. His wife was Grace and they had 7 children listed with them at that time. Also living in the household was Silas's father John WHITE. Children were, Jeff, Thomas, Ella, Lizzie, James, Mildred and Lucy. I believe that Jeff could be my husband's grandfather? Family information also says that Silas was married to Grace and that she was a full blood Chickasaw Indian.
