Mike - It's probably your ISP - though you may not want to hear that. Or, it COULD be rootsweb is acting up again. This happens when a server is up and down a lot - when it's being worked on, or reset a lot. It's nothing really to worry about. Now - if you are NOT getting emails at all, get worried!
