I would definitely share any and all information that I find with anyone who might want it to help them. I am sorry that I don't know much information. I am only 25 and my mother never bothered to ask my grandmother about her family. My grandmother isn't in good health anymore and cant remember who I am from day to day let alone her grandmothers date of birth, etc., there are no family bibles, I don't even know where her parents are buried....etc. It is a vicious cycle of closed doors and i was hoping that perhaps this site filled with people who have done a lot of ALA White research with perhaps more starting information than I, might be jogged by the names John Samuel Rice in Opelika ALA married to a Minnie Laura White....In exchange i have photos of her family and of her to share....I wish I knew more to be able to give out to make it alittle easier for someone to help me but I don't...I knew this was a long shot...thank you so much for your help.
