Sorry if I offend anyone by reposting this request, but I've had no luck so far on this line. My ggf was C. B. White (probably Charles or Charlie Bartley or Bartlett). He married Mary E. Sargent, probably in S C circa 1860. Aaron Eugene, presumably the oldest child, was born Aug 24, 1861. There were two other boys, Lawrence and Harlston and four girls, Ettie, Pearl, Othella, and Minnie Catura (born 1874)(my gm). It appears that all the girls were also born in SC. The family somehow wound up in Upsher Co., TX, where Minnie married her school teacher Feb 21, 1894. Upsher Co. tax rolls for 1887 and 1888 list a C. B. White. I have so far had zero luck in locating any ancestors, siblings, birth or death information for C B. Any information would be appreciated. Woody Rice
