Hello, Here I go again with my WHITE Line. The following is all I have on the WHITES. First: It seems two brothers who purchased farms about 5 or 6 miles apart or even closer. John D. WHITE born in Ky in the year 1812 Sarah A. FLUTE born in Ky in the year 1814 Children: Frank (Francis) bn: 1847 IL William bn: 1852 IL Oliver F. bn: 1857 IL Douglas bn: 1858 IL Grandson Joseph bn: 1852 IL Grandson Nathan WHITE born in Ky in the year 1813 Matilda Jackson born in Ky in the year 1820 Children: Sarah J. bn: 1850 IL Emily E. bn: 1851 IL James N. bn: 1861 IL John L. bn: 1864 IL Sarah S. bn: 1861 IL probably Granddaughter Emma J. bn: 1864 IL " " My GGGrandfather was John D. WHITE My GGrandfather was William WHITE William married Matilda Taylor and show up in the Census in 1880 as follows: William WHITE 23 Matilda 22 Rosetta 5 John 4 Sarah Jeanette 2 ( My Grandmother) They all show up in the Census reports for Calhoun County, Illinois with the Nathan and John from about 1850, however marriage records from the county indicate that they were there in about 1832. Any help with this line of WHITES would be appreciated. I have had this information on before but with new people on the list I would like to see if any of the new people would find this of interest.
