Virginia - I honestly don't know. All I have is CC White father Nazareth White. CC's sisters were Rilla (spelled Riller or Reller) and Rachael and Hannah. Hannah's last name was Roberts and I'm not sure what Rachael's was. Rilla died in about 1902. She had a child in 1898 and one in 1900. I received the following from Jan I find a C.C. White who died 4/29/38 in Wichita Co. This sounds like he could be a member of my White line. There's a Cal who shot the sherrif's deputy in Navarro Co (got away with it). He's the son of Nazareth White who led a frontier batallion. These were the forerunners of the Texas Rangers and little better than outlaws themselves. Also John Wesley Harding hid out with the family after he stopped teaching. If you think there's a possibility of a connection, please send me your line.
