Jessie Mae White Myers, 89, of Bland, VA, died Feb. 21st, 2000, at St. Luke's Hospital, Bluefield, WV. Jessie was born April 16, 1910, at Narrows, VA, she was a daughter of the late George E. and Dona Jane Austin White. Jessie's husband Ellis (Huckleberry) Myers preceded her in death. Jessie leaves behind her five sons, George Byron Myers and his wife Nancy of Bluefield, Rev. William O. Myers and wife Dessie of Bland, Richard Myers and Brenda of Princeton, James R. Myers of Bland, D.A. Myers and wife Debi of Bland, Raymond Myers and wife Jane of Floyd, VA; three daughters, Loretta J. Welsh and husband Paige of Four Oakes, NC, Faye Burton and husband Robert of Bland, and Julia Acors and husband Wayne of Ruther Glen, Va.; one brother, Walter White of Bland; one sister, Mildred W. Shell of Richmond, VA; 25 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren. Jessie will be buried in the Myers Family Cemetery, Route 2, Bland, VA. Bl020
