But my aunt forwarded the following message from a distant Whitaker relative, and I thought maybe someone had a connection. The first Whitaker, Henry and his wife Catharine, is our branch. Any info on the children of Henry and Catherine would be appreciated. I also have a Martha Whitaker 1847-1881 married to George Emigh 1843-1925. George was the son of Catherine Oaks 1820-1896 and John Emigh 1813- 1886. Possibly a connection there also.
