He was 64. No service will be held. Disposition was by cremation. Born Jan. 29, 1929, in Saskatchewan, Canada, Mr. Whittaker had lived in the Portland area since 1949. He had worked as a self-employed cement mason for a number of years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
