I ordered one of the Halbert books on one of their go-rounds.....you will get a nice book a good deal of information on the subject of genealogy [what it is, how to record information, etc.], one of the many explanations of where the name originated. The majority of the book is a complilation of numerous phone books. You will get a <underline>huge</underline> list of Whittaker listings; you can obtain far more accurate information on the Internet from the various search pages. Like so many of these things, what they provide is within the limits of the law; what you will get is far from what you will be expecting.
