Pp 76-77 is the family of James & Catherine (WIGGINS) WHITAKER, daughter of John & Catherine (BAKER) WHITAKER who were living in Chowan Co, NC in 1728 & Craven Co, NC in 1737. James WHITAKER's will probated 1782 in Camden, SC. James & Catherine WHITAKER had a son, James, Jr - there is no other information on him in this book. Since being on the List, I have had contact with Mary G DAY, who is from my WHITAKER line. She has a copy of OUR CHILDREN'S ANCESTRY, by Sarah Canty Whitaker Allen and may be able to furnish more information on your WHITAKER / BAKER line.
