    3. Hello Robert, Reverend Nathaniel Whitaker had seven children. They were born in Woodbridge, N.J., Norwich, Connecticut, Boothbay Maine, and Salem, Massachusetts. He had a son William Smith Whitaker born in Maine, no dates and no information on the spouse. His brother James was born in 1756, Elizabeth in 1758, Sarah in 1761, Nathaniel in 1766, Jonathan in 1771, and Mary in 1774. William Smith Whitaker was a physician and lived in Hampton, VA. He died on a voyage to England according to family tradition. Reverend Nathaniel Whitaker b. 1730 married Sarah Smith.
