Your suggestion that we join together to do similar research is a good one. Since I live in Arkansas, I will start the process of pulling together a list of "Soundex" family members in the "All Whits.." line. If you would serve as an organizational secretary to keep track of individuals working by state it might avoid some duplication of effort.
